En muchas escuelas el diagn\u00f3stico de las BAP se volvi\u00f3 un tr\u00e1mite. Las barreras quedan anotadas, pero pocas desaparecen.<\/p>\n<p>En esta gu\u00eda, el Dr. Sergio Tob\u00f3n propone otra manera de hacerlo. El diagn\u00f3stico sociocr\u00edtico parte del territorio donde viven y aprenden los estudiantes. Se pregunta por qu\u00e9 existe cada barrera y qu\u00e9 la mantiene, y termina en acuerdos concretos, con responsables y fechas. La barrera se busca en las pr\u00e1cticas, las normas, los espacios y las relaciones, no en el estudiante.<\/p>\n<p>El libro ofrece una ruta de ocho pasos organizada en dos momentos. Primero se va al territorio: se problematiza, se observa, se prueban cambios peque\u00f1os, se dialoga y se registra. Despu\u00e9s el colectivo piensa, propone y decide. La gu\u00eda tambi\u00e9n define qu\u00e9 le corresponde a cada actor: estudiantes, estudiantes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, familias, docentes, directivos, USAER y l\u00edderes comunitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Con tablas claras, compara la propuesta socioformativa con el enfoque de la SEP y con la clasificaci\u00f3n de Pedro Covarrubias. La compara tambi\u00e9n con otras propuestas vigentes: la Gu\u00eda para la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, el DUA 3.0, la indagaci\u00f3n inclusiva, los sistemas de apoyo multinivel y el enfoque de derechos.<\/p>\n<p>Incluye completos los instrumentos IncluAcci\u00f3n Escuela e IncluAcci\u00f3n Individual. In many schools this diagnosis has become paperwork. The barriers get written down, but few of them go away.<\/p>\n<p>In this guide, Dr. Sergio Tob\u00f3n proposes a different way of working. The sociocritical diagnosis starts from the territory where students live and learn. It asks why each barrier exists and what keeps it in place, and it ends with concrete agreements that have people responsible and deadlines. Barriers are sought in practices, rules, spaces and relationships, not in the student.<\/p>\n<p>The book lays out an eight-step route in two stages. First, the school community goes into the territory: it frames the problems, observes, tries out small changes, talks with people and keeps records. Then the staff reflects, proposes actions and makes decisions together. The guide also sets out what each actor is responsible for: students, students in vulnerable situations, families, teachers, school leaders, special education support units (USAER) and community leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Using clear tables, it compares the socioformative approach with that of Mexico&#8217;s Ministry of Public Education (SEP) and with Pedro Covarrubias&#8217;s classification. It also compares it with other current frameworks: the Index for Inclusion, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) 3.0, Inclusive Inquiry, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and the rights-based approach.<\/p>\n<p>The two IncluAcci\u00f3n instruments, one for the school and one for an individual student, are included in full.
